We are actually eight miles north of Driftwood in the village of Sterling Run. Please see directions page. The use of Mapquest or GPS units is NOT recommended as they frequently give incorrect, incomplete and/or hazardous directions to our location.
Making a Reservation:
Upon formally requesting a reservation by phone, we will hold your requested dates for 10 days. Payment of 1/2 of the rental fee must be received by us by check or money order within that 10 days. A refundable security deposit (against damages) of $100 for 1 to 3 nights stay and $200 for stays of 4 or more nights is also required with final payment.
Remaining rental amount, taxes and security deposit must be received through the mail by check or money order at least 30 days prior to arrival date OR can be paid at check-in by cash or money order only.(No checks accepted at check-in). Sorry we can not accept credit cards at this time. Checks and money orders may be made payable to Evelyn Keiter.
Reservations accepted up to one year in advance.
Cancellations:
Received at least 30 days prior to arrival date- All payments
will be refunded less a $10 administration fee.
Received with less than 30 days until arrival- Deposits will be refunded
less two nights (base rate) rental amount.
Security Deposit Return, by mail within 30 days of departure:
A: In full if no damage or missing items.
B: Remainder with itemization of deductions for damaged or
missing item(s') cost.
C: Less $20 if key is lost or not returned.
